Terms of service.
At Ethos & Ink, we hold space specifically for you. Because our work requires deep focus and preparation, we ask that you honor our shared schedule. We understand that life is unpredictable and that emergencies happen; if you find yourself in an unanticipated circumstance, please reach out to us directly and as soon as you are able. We believe in open and honest communication and value your time and ask for the same in return.
By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payments
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Ethos & Ink.
Deposits: Any deposits paid are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The 24-Hour Window: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service total.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled to protect the schedule of other clients, and the late cancellation fee will apply.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, strategies, and "Ink" (deliverables) produced by Ethos & Ink remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted usage rights as defined in the project scope.
4. Liability & Conduct
Ethos & Ink reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session if conduct is deemed unprofessional or inconsistent with our brand values.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party technical failures or "Acts of God" (emergencies, illness, etc.).
